Cultish will accept returns within 14 days of shipping. We do not offer refunds. We offer store credits or exchanges for returns. You require a valid receipt to initiate the return. Please email customercare@cultish.com to initiate the returns process. Pending inspection, a store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value, and you will be contacted by email.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To return an item, courier it to the address supplied in the initiation email. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or exchange your purchase. Items must be folded or placed back in their original packaging along with any corresponding tags. All items are subject to inspection.
